The Pasta Maker

Chef Tony Scotto has been making and cooking pasta for the greater part of his lifetime. Most notably when he was the Chef de Cuisine at Del Posto during its run as the only 4 star Italian restaurant in NYC and as Executive Chef of Fish & Game (Hudson, NY) prior to opening DPNB.

 

The Pasta

For our bronze die extruded fresh pasta, we use local eggs and semolina flour. It is toothsome and filling due to its high protein content. A more filling pasta means less per portion and therefore a better margin for your restaurant. Our pasta can be frozen or remain fresh.


Please note BEFORE ORDERING:

  • Orders must be placed by 11Am for the next day.

  • Pick up is after 12pm and payment due at time of pick up.

  • Pick up is available Wednesday through Sunday.
